That individual will be crowned the Hollywood Fantasy Football League Champion. The Conference Champions and overall HFFL Champion will be the winners of the playoff/head to head games played weeks 15 and 16. All teams that don't earn a HFFL Champion Playoff berth will participate in the Consolation Playoffs starting Week 15 and ending Week 16. Each conference will be composed of 12 teams. Each draft will last for 16 rounds with each team selecting a player in each round in a serpentine system (e.g., Round 1: team 1 selects first, then Team 2, through to Team 12. Round 2: Team 12 selects first, then team 11, through to Team 1. Round 3: Team 1 selects first, then Team 2, through to Team 12, etc.). Each team must draft the minimum number of players to fill a starting lineup but there are no rules governing the number of players to be drafted at each position.

Time Limits:Each participant will have two minutes to make a player selection. If a participant does not make a selection in the allotted time, the computer drafting software will make an automated selection for the team.

Roster:Each team will have a maximum of 16 players on their rosters. Each team will start 10 players and have 6 players on their bench.

Lineups:Starting lineups will consist of:
1 QB
2 RB

1 TE
2 Flex
1 PK
1 Team Defense/Special team

Each team owner may select either a RB or WR or TE as their "flex" players for the week.

Lineup Submission:All lineups should be submitted by the kickoff of each player's game which includes games that are played earlier in the week. Players will be locked in once the game begins for that week.

All lineups may be submitted on the league website. If you encounter difficulty in submitting your lineup via the Internet, you may submit your lineup by phone by calling 1-636-447-1178 and clearly stating your request to be connected to the Hollywood Fantasy Football League. You will need your login and password to submit lineups via phone.

Trading: Trading of players is allowed through week ten (10) of the regular season. To prevent collusion the following trading rules are: If Five (5) owners in the conference NOT involved in the trade veto the trade via vote, then the trade is void.

Free Agents: Any player who is not on a team roster within your conference is considered a free agent for that conference.

Free Agent Acquisitions: The free agent system will be a "blind bidding" process. Each team is allocated to start the season with a bid maximum budget of One Thousand ($1,000.00) free agent dollars, and will be permitted to bid for free agents on a weekly basis. THIS IS NOT REAL MONEY. You will not be charged any "real" fees. No team will be informed of any other team's free agent bids. The team with the highest bid on any given player will be awarded that player. All other bids on that player will be discarded as losing bids. The amount of the winning bid will be deducted from the winning team's free agent dollars. For each winning bid, the winning team must drop a player to make roster room for the free agent acquisition. If a team's free agent dollars goes to zero, that team will no longer be allowed to bid for the rest of the season. No bid will be accepted that is larger than a team's free agent dollars. All bids must be in increments of whole dollars. You cannot bid different amounts for the same player. Only the highest bid will count, all others will be void.

The bidding process starts immediately after the completion of Week 1 and ends at the completion of Week 14. Weekly bidding will be accepted on the league website beginning Tuesday at NOON Pacific Time (3PM EST) and must be completed by Saturday at NOON Pacific Time (3PM EST).

Conditional Bids: "Conditional" bids may also be submitted. That is, you are allowed to place multiple "conditional" bid(s) for all players that are available during the bidding time frame once you select a player from your roster that you are willing to drop. If you lose out on your first bid, your first conditional bid will become relevant if another owner has not acquired the player you are bidding on and the player that you were willing to drop is still on your roster.

Subsequent conditional bids will only become relevant if your previous conditional bids fail.

Bid Limits: There is no limit to the number of bids you are allowed to submit each week.

Tied Bids: If there is a tie in the highest bid for a sought after player, the team that has the lowest fantasy points to date will be awarded the player.

Available Players: Teams may acquire players not on any roster within their conference, however, players cut from a team after Week 14 may not be re-acquired by any other team.

Restricted players: To minimize the possibility of collusion or "stacking" of an individual team, the Commissioner's Office may designate certain players as being "restricted." That list will be determined before the end of the regular season.
